Method
- Cook pasta (If using fresh pasta, cook while sauce is cooking)
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add garlic; Cook one minute.
- Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk. Cook six minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
- Add Gorgonzola and cream cheese. Stir with the whisk until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the sauce with the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan Or Gorgonzola cheese.
Notes
Sometimes, I will add spinach to the pasta when it is almost finished cooking.
