Gorgonzola Steak Pasta

If you are looking for a creamy gorgonzola cheese pasta dish, you need to give this recipe a try. It takes just 10 minutes to have a delicious pasta meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 or 2 Filets or other steak cooked how you prefer
Sauce Mixture
  • 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled
  • 2.2 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 8 oz Fettuccini Noodles cooked

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta (If using fresh pasta, cook while sauce is cooking)
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add garlic; Cook one minute. 
  3. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk. Cook six minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. 
  4. Add Gorgonzola and cream cheese. Stir with the whisk until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss the sauce with the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan Or Gorgonzola cheese.

Notes

Sometimes, I will add spinach to the pasta when it is almost finished cooking.
