Ingredients

Cauliflower
chopped into large pieces
4
oz
Cream Cheese
softened
1/2
cup
Cheddar Cheese
shredded
Instructions
Fill a steamer pot with water and start heating on the stove.
Remove core of the cauliflower and rough chop the cauliflower.
Place chopped cauliflower into steamer pot and steam until tender.
Add softened cream cheese to food processor.
When cauliflower is tender, add to food processor.
Blend well. Add cheddar cheese and blend again.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
You can add other ingredients, such as garlic, bacon, chives, different types of cheese. Have fun with it.
