Cauliflower Mash

Cauliflower Mash is a great way to satisfy your mashed potato cravings, yet still be low carb or keto friendly. Simple, healthy and delicious! A win-win!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped into large pieces
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Fill a steamer pot with water and start heating on the stove.
  • Remove core of the cauliflower and rough chop the cauliflower.
  • Place chopped cauliflower into steamer pot and steam until tender.
  • Add softened cream cheese to food processor.
  • When cauliflower is tender, add to food processor.
  • Blend well. Add cheddar cheese and blend again.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Notes

You can add other ingredients, such as garlic, bacon, chives, different types of cheese.  Have fun with it.
