Method
- Fill a steamer pot with water and start heating on the stove.
- Remove core of the cauliflower and rough chop the cauliflower.
- Place chopped cauliflower into steamer pot and steam until tender.
- Add softened cream cheese to food processor.
- When cauliflower is tender, add to food processor.
- Blend well. Add cheddar cheese and blend again.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
You can add other ingredients, such as garlic, bacon, chives, different types of cheese. Have fun with it.
