Instructions
Cook pasta (If using fresh pasta, cook while sauce is cooking)
Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add garlic; Cook one minute.
Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk. Cook six minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Add Gorgonzola and cream cheese. Stir with the whisk until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the sauce with the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan Or Gorgonzola cheese.
Notes
Sometimes, I will add spinach to the pasta when it is almost finished cooking.
