Gorgonzola Steak Pasta

If you are looking for a creamy gorgonzola cheese pasta dish, you need to give this recipe a try. It takes just 10 minutes to have a delicious pasta meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 or 2 Filets or other steak cooked how you prefer

Sauce Mixture

  • 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled
  • 2.2 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 8 oz Fettuccini Noodles cooked

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta (If using fresh pasta, cook while sauce is cooking)
  • Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add garlic; Cook one minute. 
  • Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk. Cook six minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. 
  • Add Gorgonzola and cream cheese. Stir with the whisk until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the sauce with the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan Or Gorgonzola cheese.

Notes

Sometimes, I will add spinach to the pasta when it is almost finished cooking.
