Method
- Roughly chop the Romaine Lettuce and place it in a Salad Spinner to Clean and Dry the Lettuce.
- Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
- Chop the Chicken Breast into bite-sized pieces and lay them on top of the lettuce.
- Prepare the remaining ingredients as noted above, layering them on top of the Chicken and Lettuce.
- Sprinkle the Crumbled Goat Cheese on top and add Freshly Ground Pepper.
- Dress the salad with the Balsamic Dressing, to taste.
