When I am researching my family history, this is an example of how I complete my Family Sheets. For reference: FAG = Findagrave, s/o = son of, and d/o = daughter of. I try to capture as much information as possible. If there is more information to add, I simply draw an arrow and write the additional information on the back. Or, you could use the Notes page for that as well.
